1. About COLOZIUS
COLOZIUS is a B2B commercial platform focused on connecting qualified Colombian producers and exporters with buyers, importers, distributors and strategic partners across Asian markets.
COLOZIUS may provide services including market-entry support, buyer development, sourcing support, commercial representation, market research, commercial coordination and related business-development activities.
2. No Guarantee of Commercial Results
COLOZIUS does not guarantee:
successful sales
purchase orders
buyer acceptance
supplier acceptance
pricing outcomes
regulatory approvals
financing
product availability
shipment performance
commercial profitability
market-entry success
Commercial outcomes depend on multiple factors outside COLOZIUS’s control, including market conditions, pricing, product competitiveness, supplier capability, buyer decisions, regulatory requirements and logistics.
3. Role of COLOZIUS
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written contract, COLOZIUS acts as a commercial facilitator and market-development intermediary.
COLOZIUS is not automatically the seller, buyer, manufacturer, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, freight forwarder, inspection laboratory, certification body, payment processor or legal representative of either party.
Any expanded role must be expressly agreed in writing.
4. Producer and Supplier Responsibilities
Producers, exporters and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide, including:
company information
product specifications
production capacity
certifications
pricing
export documentation
regulatory status
availability
delivery capability
quality claims
Suppliers remain responsible for fulfilling their own contractual, regulatory, quality and delivery obligations.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
product suitability
specifications
certifications
pricing
minimum order quantities
payment terms
Incoterms
import requirements
destination-country regulations
logistics arrangements
contractual conditions
Buyers should conduct their own commercial, technical, legal and financial due diligence before entering into a transaction.
6. Commercial Introductions
COLOZIUS may introduce producers, exporters, buyers, service providers or strategic partners based on available information and stated commercial requirements.
An introduction by COLOZIUS does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or certification of any party.
Each party is responsible for independently evaluating the commercial, financial, technical and legal suitability of a potential counterparty.
7. Product Information and Availability
Product descriptions, images, specifications and category information displayed on this website are provided for general commercial reference.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, they do not constitute:

guaranteed availability
guaranteed pricing
guaranteed specification
guaranteed certification
guaranteed delivery terms
Product availability, specifications, certifications, minimum order quantities, pricing and commercial conditions must be confirmed for each individual sourcing request or transaction.
8. Quotations and Commercial Terms
Any quotation, indicative pricing, market estimate, logistics estimate or commercial information provided through COLOZIUS is subject to confirmation.
Final commercial terms are established between the relevant parties or through a separate written agreement.

9. Logistics, Customs and Regulatory Matters
COLOZIUS may assist with commercial coordination related to logistics, documentation or market-entry requirements, but unless expressly agreed otherwise, COLOZIUS does not assume responsibility for customs clearance, freight execution, import approvals, export approvals, phytosanitary compliance, food registration, certification or other regulatory processes.
The relevant buyer, supplier and appointed professional service providers remain responsible for these obligations.
10. Samples
Where samples are coordinated, sample availability, cost, shipping, testing and acceptance conditions may vary by supplier and destination.
COLOZIUS does not guarantee that a sample will be identical to future commercial production unless this is specifically agreed by the supplier and buyer.
11. Third-Party Services
COLOZIUS may work with or refer users to third-party providers such as:
logistics companies
customs specialists
laboratories
certification providers
legal advisers
payment providers
consultants
other commercial service providers
COLOZIUS is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, pricing or independent terms of third-party providers.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, text, graphics, structure and other materials published by COLOZIUS are owned by or licensed to COLOZIUS.
Users may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Product trademarks, supplier names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Separate Commercial Agreements
Specific services, representation arrangements, commissions, retainers, success fees, exclusivity terms or transaction-related obligations may require a separate written commercial agreement.
Where such an agreement exists, that agreement will govern the specific commercial relationship and will take precedence over these general website Terms where there is a conflict.
17. No Agency Unless Agreed
Use of the COLOZIUS website or participation in an introduction does not automatically create:
an agency relationship
partnership
joint venture
employment relationship
fiduciary relationship
exclusive representation arrangement
Any such relationship must be expressly agreed in writing.
18. Privacy
Use of personal and business information submitted through the website is also governed by the COLOZIUS Privacy Policy.
